How it work's

To schedule an appointment, simply read below and follow the step by step instructions, or simply press the “Contact Us” button below.


Step One.

Call, email or book your Massage To go appointment online.


Step Two.

You will receive an email confirming your appointment time with an attachment of the corresponding form. (Forms are dependent on In Home or Corporate services required)


Step Three.

Print and complete the attached form prior to your therapist’s arrival."​


Step Four.

Make sure there is adequate space for the Therapist to set-up. (Details in the FAQ section)


Step Five.

A Massage Therapist will arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to your appointment time for review of the corresponding form and the set-up of your treatment.


Step Six.

Please note our therapists will arrive at the scheduled time for set up and review of your health history form. While we pride ourselves in punctuality please keep in mind that traffic and /or inclement weather may ​affect start times in which case you will be notified.

Step Seven.

During your treatment we encourage you to communicate with your therapist in regards to pressure, and your overall comfort level. Honest communication is imperative for effective communication. While some techniques may be uncomfortable of painful, the concept of “no pain, no gain” does not apply and can actually hinder the treatment process. Your therapist will review a pain scale to help gauge your level of comfort. Should you experience any of the following symptoms please notify your therapist immediately; ​

• Nausea

• Dizziness or light headedness

• Shortness of Breath

We require 24hrs for all cancellations, or a missed appointment fee of $35.00 will apply.
